They respond quickly to your initial request to meet, present their services confidently, address your concerns and answer your questions respectfully, listen to your ideas so they can create a plan that accomplished your mission and then communicate with you throughout the entire process in order to ensure the project runs smoothly. In turn you feel a sense of relief because you know you can trust that this person is extremely knowledgeable and will do their very best to help you accomplish whatever it is you hired them to do.
