Any realtor can put a sign out front but it takes market intel, professionalism, connections, passion, and negotiation skills to do it right. Alli provided direct/honest feedback and guidance each step of the way. She was easily accessible and responded quickly when I had questions. The listing photos were phenomenal. Alli was the most impressive of the handful of realtors I interviewed a few years ago when I first considered selling my place. She came prepared, shared insight into timing and potential target buyers, and recommended some area resources that she thought might be helpful to get my place ready to sell. She, clearly knew the area real estate market. I wasn't ready to sell at that time but knew Alli was the realtor I wanted in my corner when I was ready.
